I rented a 3 bedroom apartment at this location for 1 year, while I was renting the landlord was professional, upon giving my notice of me moving because i found an apartment closer to my employment. The landlord became angry and became very abusive towards me, I was asked to replace shades and I complied because some of them were bent, and the landlord began to come into my home without permission, I was asked to replace a bedroom door that did not damage I complied and bought a brand new door, i was told that I will be charged to put the door on even though I offered to have it installed , upon realizing that the landlords behavior was becoming questionable I contacted consumer affairs and I was instructed to get receipts from the landlord for anything that I will be charged for, when I asked the landlord for a receipt he refused and told me that he would keep my deposit if I demand receipts. Ultimately I left the apartment without my deposit and I was able to only 250 from and 800 deposit back after being called names and threats and humiliated and I was told that he was doing me a favor I just took it to stop all of the stress.
