Owner occupied building. Older guy a bit noisy at night. Slow to repair. Building is older mainly the stairs need repair and windows. Appliances older. He does all maintenance so make sure everything is working before moving in. Nice guy not very motivated though. Not far from fullerton bus and the L. Parking on street difficult. 1 garage parking spot however garage filled with construction materials.
