This landlord is cheap, cheap. My stove broke down and he brought an old one up from his garage underneath the apartment building. My dishwasher broke down he complained about how much it would cost to replace it. He never did. Water tank was going back and he refused to call someone to see if it was fixable. At that point I moved. He would not give me my deposit back because I occasionally burnt a candle and kept my son's dog for 2 or 3 weeks because my son was moving to another state and needed me to keep him until he got settled. The dog did no damage at all to the apartment. He said I did not clean well enough (walls were soiled and I should have cleaned all the walls). I am 76 years old and was moving to another apartment. He stood up on a wall next to my apartment with his legs apart and folded arms watching my movers (professional) back into the drive so they could bring furniture out. He kept going up to the driver saying something. He is very very haughty and rude. I would never recommend his apartments. He is very difficult and complains every time you ask him to fix something. His carpets are old and have not been updated.
