Don't ever rent from this man he will steal all of your belongings and kick you out on the street and that is no lie if he doesn't like you he'll get rid of you doesn't care if you're homeless he's an idiot he legally locked me out of my apartment hold me in a motel room for 3 Days in here in Medford had one of his goons drive me to Sacramento where he dumps me where I spent eight days in the hospital for" Grave" disability thank you very much Fred that was just a lovely thing to do to a 60-year-old he just lost her husband a 30 years. He's the epitome of evil
