An update on my Host Payout: The payment was finally made into my account in the middle of the second week of my guest's stay. I doubt that I will ever use them again, actually. We talked around March 12th and I followed VRBO recommendation of providing at least a 50% refund. These bookings were for March and April, so both bookings were not left stranded without enough time to make other arrangements. We asked for our money back.
